Whether you are a novice to handbalancing or you have been practicing for awhile now - elevate your handstands with me!
I will provide live coaching and feedback in our sessions. These sessions will include a combination of drills and freestanding handstand practice to learn key shapes, build core and shoulder strength, enhance mobility, and improve consistency.
For those who have established a solid handstand and are looking to build upon it - send me a message and we can discuss focus goals such as shapes, transitions, and press handstands!
